Match practice to the licence and supervision rules
Check what is permitted for a learner in your jurisdiction. Great Britain’s motorway lesson arrangements do not mean that a family supervisor can take a learner onto the motorway.
Learn to read the road
Ask for tuition that develops observation, positioning, speed choice and planning across varied situations. A published collision point is useful context, not an instruction to practise there or a label that a whole road is unsafe.
Check conditions before leaving
Use the official traffic and weather services for the relevant nation. Roadworks, temporary restrictions and weather can change quickly. Never infer test cancellation solely from a warning or traffic incident.
