Choose a development need
Start with something you want to improve: explaining junction judgement, supporting anxious learners, managing risk or adapting to an electric training car.
Choose training with clear learning aims and an identifiable trainer. Attendance at a course is different from evidence that your teaching has changed.
Record reflection as well as hours
Log the activity, date, duration, learning outcome and how you will apply it. Revisit the entry after several lessons to record whether it helped.
The workspace keeps the record private and lets you export it. It does not issue a professional accreditation or represent a voluntary CPD commitment as a universal legal requirement.
Use professional networks
Associations and training providers offer events, peer discussion and practical development. Confirm current dates, costs and eligibility directly with the organiser.
